Star RV Price Match Pledge

At Star RV, we believe in delivering exceptional value alongside premium comfort and service. If you find a lower price for the same Star RV vehicle elsewhere, we will match it—ensuring you always receive the best rate for your motorhome adventure.

Price Match Pledge conditions

To qualify for a price match, the alternative offer must meet these criteria:

  • Same Star RV vehicle: The alternative price must apply to the same Star RV motorhome model.

  • Same travel dates: The pick-up and drop-off dates must be identical.

  • Same locations: The pick-up and drop-off locations must be the same.

  • Availability: The alternative price must be valid and available at the time of the price match request.

  • Same currency: The alternative price must be displayed and charged in the same currency as your Star RV booking.

  • Time frame: You can request a price match up to 24 hours after confirming your booking with us or within a five-day window for a quotation.

How to request a Price Match

1. Submit documentation:

  • Email a quote or screenshot of the alternative price to:📧 match@starrv.com

  • This must be done up to 24 hours after confirming your booking with us or within a 5-day window for a quotation.

2. Include the following details:

  • Star RV motorhome model and specifications.
  • Date and time the alternative price was issued.
  • Travel dates
  • Pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • Total price, including the currency in which it will be charged.
  • Your name, email address, contact phone number, and Star RV booking confirmation number or quotation number.

3. Price Match Pledge offer:

  • We will match the offer and provide an additional 5% discount.
  • Bookings remain eligible for Velocity Points.

Important things to note

  • Validation: We will verify the alternative price before confirming the match.

  • Scope: The Price Match Pledge applies only to the daily vehicle hire rate. Additional charges (e.g., credit card fees, location fees, public holiday surcharges) are not included.

  • Exclusions: Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

  • Limit: Only one price match is permitted per booking.

  • Right to amend: We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time.

  • Same Star RV vehicle: We compare Star RV vehicle model to Star RV vehicle model only, which means we won’t be comparing a Star RV vehicle to an alternative vendor's vehicle of a similar category.
